Who we are

Aiplies is an independent developer's project based in Turkey. When we say "we" or "us" on this page, we mean Aiplies. Aiplies works on behalf of the spa, salon, and small service businesses that sign up with us, so most of the data we handle belongs to those businesses and their guests.

What we collect

We collect Google Business Profile data — including reviews, business information, and location — but only after the business owner gives explicit consent through Google's OAuth sign-in. We never reach this data without the owner connecting their own account first.

For businesses that choose to connect their WhatsApp Business number, we process the messages guests send so that we can answer questions and arrange reservations on the business's behalf.

We also collect the business owner's contact details — such as name and email — to set up and manage their account and to stay in touch.

How we use it

We use this information to monitor incoming Google reviews, to draft replies for the owner to review and approve, and to manage reservations on the business's behalf. The goal is always to save the owner time while keeping them in control of what goes out in their name. We do not use guest messages or review data to train our own models, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only in two situations: where we are legally required to, and where it is needed to provide the service. To provide the service we rely on a small number of trusted providers — for example, Anthropic for the AI that drafts replies, and Google for calendar sync. These providers process data on our instructions and only for the purpose of running Aiplies, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

How we keep it safe

Access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service, and connections to Google and WhatsApp are made over secure, authorized channels. We keep data only for as long as the business uses Aiplies; when an account closes, we delete the associated data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your data entirely. You can also withdraw a business's connection to Google or WhatsApp whenever you like. Just send us a request and we will take care of it, usually within a few days.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For anything that affects you directly, we will also let you know by email.
